That is what I would do. If it's been rising, lower your total by 10% for the week. Sometimes INR is weird. We used to blame Rains dog, but I don't know. I even have a funk now and then. The funny thing is, you might well have to go back to the same dose that put you in this position in a few weeks. Sometimes it's totally unexplainable.
