You all forgot to PM Rain and ask what the heck her dog is doing. It's always Rains dog's fault!

I?m wondering if time of day makes a difference or perhaps the moon?s phase? I also had a low 1.7 yesterday but blood was taken later in the day ? The last time 2 weeks ago I was 3.7 my norm is between 2 and 3 ? the dr. has allowed me to try some adjustments on my own since my family tends not to be vegetable lovers.

Ann, I think you may just need a smaller adjustment next time you are a bit high.

slooooooow going..

slooooooow going..

I'm finally up to 1.9 this morning -- seems to take forever to get it up there.
It was 6 days ago that I forgot that pill..:rolleyes:

Ann, I don't think the time of day makes a difference; however, after 9 years of doing this, I still don't have it figured out..

My range is 2.0-3.0, so I'm a happy cat this morning.:D

Where is that Raingirlfriend anyway?!?!

INR = It's Never Right!!

INR = It's Never Right!!

I could have sworn I heard someone talking about my dog..... :eek: lol

Janie, I have never been stable either. My INR fluctuates too... it usually stays between 2.5 & 3.5 But there are times it is really high or low and I have no idea why... well, there is the darn dog... :mad: I adjust slightly in those situations... but NEVER completely change my weekly dose... I've been down that road...it's the same one you just went down!! It's not a nice road.:(

I usually realize in the middle of the night if I've missed a dose... :rolleyes: my heart starts beating REALLY hard. It wants its Toprol! lol But even if it's the next day, I take the full dose of Warfarin that I missed the day before.

I think your problem is a combination of missing your dose AND changing your weekly dose.

Sure glad to hear you are back on track. Now don't go down that raod any more!! ;)

Sounds like you are on your way to the top;) It takes so long for me to get there as well.

Rain, I forgot mention...large buck sleep in my flower beds. What on earth will that do to me? :eek:;) LOL

You're in trouble, girl...

You're in trouble, girl...

.

Oh deer, deer, deer.... you are in trouble, girlfriend!!! :D lol

Woowee, girlfriend, glad to hear you're on your way back up. The low readings always scare me a lot more than the high ones so I think you're right about dosing a little differently.

I too swing all over the place, although lately, I've been fairly stable (knock on wood). Take care, girlie, and let us know what that next reading is.
