Ross, I always put it to the tech's this way

"off the record" how are things looking? I tell them I am not holding them to it. I always get my answer:D
Down south a few techs made mistakes on me. As they have up here to date. The head MD for echocardiography did my echos in TN. That was wonderful. Not going to find that kind of service up here. Docs are way too busy to even keep an appointment. Would be nice to move back to a smaller city.

I am sure all will be well. Hang in and keep us posted.

Well, Ross, this is what I get for being away from primary computer for a few days. You go off and take a test without letting me scold you about not studying for it. I'm sure you were more interested in taking care of theing here at VR.com for all of us than you were in studying for your test. Well, I hope you kept it together enough to do well -- and I'm with a lot of others in feeling that you are being watched over and will be OK.

As for the echo tech's, my most recent echo was done by the tech right at my cardio's office. He is a member of a practice group of about 5 or 6 cardio's, and they have 2 of their own echo tech's and all the equipment. I think the tech's are a little more considerate of patients knowing that each of us is "part of the family." I asked her a few questions like "At the last test the XXX was about XXX, has that changed?" By the time I met with the doc a week later I already knew most of the echo findings. The doc added his interpretation, but at least I knew the tone of things that would be discussed. So, Gina, maybe it isn't just small towns that are "warmer" to patients -- maybe there are some like that up here in the big city. I'm thankful for mine, for sure.
