Hi, all--

Sorry I haven't been on lately as the past couple weeks have been pretty crazy. After my mother's terminal cancer diagnosis, I'd been trying to spend as much time with her as I could. After three painful days, my mother finally passed away yesterday morning at age 69. Pancreatic cancer struck my family again after my father and my mom's only sibling died from the disease.

I'm attaching a photo of my mother and me. She was a beautiful woman in so many ways, and I will surely miss her. We were as close as a mom and daughter could be.

Love,
Debi (debster913)

Debi,

May the grace of the Lord be with you and yours during this time.

Ron and Ruth

Debi,

Please accept my deepest sympathy on the loss of your mum. I went throught the same thing 9 years ago when my mum passed away with cancer. I know it is a very difficult time and you and your family will be in my prayers

Mary

Dear Debi, I am so sorry to hear this news about your Mom, please accept my deepest sympathy. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Sorry to hear it's over Deb. We always think we are ready for the time when it comes, but it still hits like a ton of bricks and hurts nonetheless. You have my families prayers and condolences.

When mother goes, it is such a major tragic event in our lives and I feel so sorry. That is a lovely picture. She is beautiful. You look like her. When you miss her very much, you only have to look in the mirror and there she will be. And as you age, she will be there moreso. When I miss my mother, that's what I do - every morning. I am old now and she is more in my mirror than I am! Blessins to you and your family.

My sincere sympathy, Debbi. She was a beautiful woman and I know that in time all your fond memories will sustain you and bring a smile to your face as well.

Debi, may your many, many wonderful memories sustain you and your family during this very difficult time.

I firmly believe that God does not give us people to love so dearly while we're here, only to be painfully separated by death. I know your Mom will still be watching over you and loving you until you see her face to face again.

Thank you for sharing the picture of your beautiful mother.

I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom is beautiful. She will always be with you now. I truly believe that life energy goes somewhere. I feel Joe's presence all the time.

May God bless you and give you peace and wonderful memories of your mom.
