Does anyone know a cute song, sung by a female in the fifties? My daughter has to do a lipsync in a music program of the fifties. She has the poodle skirt and all that.... but I can't find her a song! It seems like everyone singing in those days was male?!! I found ?It?s my party? but another kid is already doing that one.

Hey Rain,

How about "How Much Is That Doggie In The Window" . I believe it was out sometime in the early 1950's. I believe it was Patti Page who sang it. I do remember it though because I was so young and I wanted a doggie. I received a toy doggie with a leash. that ran on batteries that barked and walked that Christmas. The next Christmas I got my puppy.
