OK, I see the main advice is to take it easy. I kind of got a taste of over-doing yesterday; friends came over so i was up and "entertaining" for about 5 hours straight. I didn't think anything of it but when I went back to my beloved recliner, i was sore and tired, a tiny reminder that I am not fully healed quite yet and that summer bbq season is still a few weeks away, at least with me as hostess.
