y'all are just gettin too fancy for Bonnie and me. I spent all morning trying to put in a new avatar and finally got it. I have been a member only 4 1/2 yrs, after all and it takes time. Avatar not a good one, but I got the hang of it, if I can remember, so I can put another one soon.

I think it started with Dave. It spread from there! The first thing I noticed, they were popping up all over the place. I'll admit it. I had to get one for myself!

I got sucked in too. But, it's kinda fun seeing what the weather's like everywhere else. How's the weather where you are Bryan??? You might just have to get one too.
We had a nice thunderstorm earlier. I just took the dog out and it smells wonderful outside. Actually I'm a weather nut (should have become a meteorologist ). I do think it's a neat idea...was just bored and trying to stir up trouble as usual.

It's not raining here in Southwest Missouri but it has been exceptionally cool. It got down to 66 degrees last night. It was wonderful! I'm sure the weather is just getting us ready for that old hot August weather in good of MO.

I downloaded it.......... then ran ?ad-aware? and found almost a hundred invaders on my computer............ they weren't there before! In order to kill the dirty little rats....... I had to give up the weather thingie.
Darn that weather thing was cool. ....... but not THAT cool.

Rain did you get yours from weatherbug? I've had absolutely no problems with this thing from wunderground. I'm pretty anal when it comes to spyware since I spend most of my day helping people remove nasty things from their computers. If it were something bad, I'd be the first to yell about it.

I wish I did have close to where your temps are, as it has so far been a really cool (temperature wise...LOL) summer. I mean it's harder to breath and do anything for me when it's that warm, but I also make a concerted effort to get into water as I feel it helps with the arthritis and just generally makes me feel better pain wise...Hope you get to go splashin' Harrybaby

I just clicked on the dilly bobber under someone?s name and went from there... silly me. Anyway, it snuck bunch of stuff by me while downloading the weather thingie. Over one hundred invaders on my computer!! Mostly ?hotbar? crap. Grrrrr......!! But I got rid of 'em, every one of them dirty little rats!
BUT! I just went to ?weather bug? and did it..... then ran ad-aware and spy ware and only 5 bugs! Soooo I think I?m good.
Now...... shouldn't a girl worry about everyone on the net knowing her name and where she lives?! Especially in a 'one horse town' like mine?
If I freak out and delete it......... you'll know why!

You shall be fine. Like I said, I spend most all of my day anymore helping older folks remove spyware, so if it were even remotely nasty, I'd be screaming my head off in warning.

With weather like ours, this is the only time of the year that we get above 60 degrees so I spose I might as well 'brag' when the going's good.
Will somebody tell me how to delete this in October, when we are freezin' and the folks in the south are braggin about seeing convertibles on the streets....
