My thoughts are with you. You said he is having a Marfan workup. That is a good move. Duke Cameron at Hopkins is a Marfan pediatric specialist and world renown surgeon in ped and adult heart surgery, if you ever choose to get another opinion. There is a post on You Tube about him.
