My AOL won't recognise the email address www.fwbmc.com/PatEmail.asp
Does anyone else have a problem

Works fine for me. Let me dig around and see what I can find that won't cause you problems.

Gillian try this one http://www.fwbmc.com/ you will have to look at the left side of the page and scroll down to "Resources" then click on "Patient Email Service" Let me know if that will work for you.

I don't know why but sometimes AOL doesn't like the direct links.
Glad that helped.

I think the problem with the original address is that it isn't a real email address. You first have to click on the address, and then it brings up the patient email screen, then you have to click again on their link and then the email page comes up and you compose your message and then send it within their own system.

I have AOL, and that's what I had to do.
