Glad to see everyone is coming along nicely. I'm getting much, much closer to a date for the valve replacement now. The doctors wants me to get some teeth pulled tomorrow (probably 3). And then I will go back to him and they will do pre-op and set the date. So let the torture begin, lol. Just keeping everyone up to date and will post surgery date as soon as I get it. Oh yes, surgeon told me they will be putting in an ON-X valve. Seen you all talk about that one, but will do some more research on it. Thanks for listening.

sounds like your in good spirits Blake, thats great. OHS is a big deal for sure but not only can you get through it, you can thrive once recovered. Lots of folks here are the proof

Thank you Ctyguy very much for your kind words. This will be my second open heart surgery so I'm aware of the getting through it, lol. I know it will be a long road to recovery, for some reason mine is always longer than others. I see you or your loved one have the On-X valve (not sure if it's you), how is everything going with it?
