Heart checkup

Wen to the cardio back on Monday and had a good checkup. All valves are working just fine. uncluding the St. Jude aortic. Also did the INR while at visit and was at 4.1. But go to the lab in week. But doing fine otherwise, just to keep working in the weight problem. Have a great week everyone. Got a big walk to do this morning in exploring my new neighborhood. Later.

Good news about the checkup. INR of 4.1 - good reason to enjoy a spinach salad . Enjoy discovering the neighborhood & good luck on the weight.

Congratulations on a great checkup! I certainly wouldn't be worried about an INR of 4.1 I agree with Chris. If my INR was at 4.1 I would it a day or two of my wonderful mexican salad which has cilantro and avacado in it along with a few other ingredients! Those are the two ingredients that stop me from being able to have it though, as my INR has been at 2.5 for the past four months! Good luck with the weight!
