Warrick, thanks for the tip for the calculator, problem is it only has a INR range of 2 - 3, I need one with a range of 2.5 - 3.5; or did I miss something on that site?
No sorry you haven't , 2-3 is my range so I had never tried to alter that when I looked at it
The dose changes listed either side of the 2-3 range may perhaps be useful to calculate manually for a 2.5-3.5 range
there is another one called RAT, if you google "rat warfarin software", I'm not 100% sure if it works as it looks like its designed for a doctors practice but may be worth a look at least
