Today I'm reflecting on how grateful I am for modern medicine, which enabled me to get valve surgery to save my life. I get more time here as a dad thanks to the amazing advancements that have been made in the past 60 years!

Happy Father’s Day to all here. It’s wonderful to enjoy the time with our family’s and children because of these life saving procedures. For some of us, we only lived long enough to have children because AVR exists.
