Happy Bithday Mary & CHip. I have spent the day driving around area looking at what all the tornatoes & wind have done to us for the last week. It flated a small town near by with 160 miles a hour wind. We had them at & sun starting at three. They were reported from west Layfayette In to Tenn.
I saw eenough of the basement to last the rest of the summer. I was in the basement with the cats and Mike waas on the front porch watching the clouds form & Ashley, My youngest was home to have her wistom teeth taken out, she decided to go outside aand taken pictures of the funnel clouds. Crazy family!!!!!!!!

Everyone,
Thanks for the birthday wishes. I spent my birthday in the hospital, but it wasn't too bad. My kids brought a cake up to my room, and we acted pretty loud and carefree (no roommate).
As Sherrin said, we had bad weather in the Midwest on Sunday (the 30th) and I spent two hours in a hall corridor with 30 or so patients that were on my wing. Tornado warning sent everyone for cover. I felt so sorry for some of the people. Seven were rolled out in their hospital beds; 10-15 in wheelchairs. I was able to sit in a chair with my IV pole as were some of the others. We also had visitors who just happened to be in the hospital when the warning came.
Such excitement for a gal turning 52. Happy belated birthday to my fellow MAY 31st friends .
