(Don't know how I fared for Throw-Down purposes. Saw a great production about Jimmie Rodgers, the old-timey guy back in the Depression era who really started country/western music as much as anyone else, but ate erratically. Lot of junk calories. Need to get back on track, esp since I have a doctor's appointment Friday too. )

First, thanks for the classy looking lady, Ann.

Now that I am one day into being 66, I keep thinking of those lyrics to that song originally recorded by Nat King Cole (and then later others like Chuck Berry)..." Get your kicks on Route 66."

Sometimes at 66, I feel like too many folks have had their kicks with ol' Superbob. But I'll keep kicking back myself as long as I can.

Just wanted to add a word to back up something Ross said: It really is special to have your birthday remembered on here, and ol' 66 will do his best to keep kickin' in with his own birthday good wishes to others.
