Thank you to everyone for those good wishes. It is really too personal to post here, but I got an email from my Father which lifted a great weight, and pretty much guarantees that today will be a very happy birthday indeed.

You now us well. This is the beginning of my favorite mountain weather. Seventy five to eighty for a high during the day, down to the forties at night. The last few nights with my head on the pillow I can see the brilliant full moon cast asoft mellow light on the top of the mountain. Great sleeping weather, but it has been hard to close my eyes to such beauty.
