Freddie, I find the time change very frustrating because I have my BP/HR meds on a tight schedule.
By tomorrow it should all work out though.

I eat when I feel hungry

I never ever went by the hour. Meds. will be readjusted to the new timing...whatever I took at 7pm yesterday, I will take at 7 pm today.
