Warfarin made by BARR is from the USA.
Warfarin made by TARO is from Israel.
Both of those suppliers seem to be highly respected
and used by many here on VR.com
I've used both as my insurance switched mail-order providers with NO noticable difference. The generic warfarin tablets are actually easier to split
(by hand) due to their more rectangular shape and well defined score.
