Haven't been on-line in a couple of months. Hello again to all my VR.com friends.
I take the huge dose of 12.5 mg twice a day. I do notice the HR up a bit if I miss my evening dose. I never miss a morning dose. You may recall I was very concerned over my HR post-op but it has been steadily falling for the last few months (a good thing!). I get some readings in the 50's now, so we are exploring (via 24 hr monitor) cutting the dose or dropping it altogether. I'm really not sure I need it anymore.
