Hmmm...I don't really know what kind of drug Topamax (Sorry, misspelled the first time) is exactly, but my doc and coumadin clinic asured me it was okay to take with the Coumadin. I know Topamax used to only be prescribed for seizures and then was approved for migraines about ten years ago according to my doctor.
Dr. Petracek was wonderful...but there was nothing minimally invasive about what he did to me! LOL I have quite the ugly scar down my sternum to prove it!

Does it have any interaction with Coumadin?

Dr. Petracek is famous for his minimally invasive Thoracotomy, especially for MV surgery SO,
