Need to be careful that you do not get the cost excessive. Need a location with cheap air tickets. Check where Southwest flies since that will hold tickets to a lower level.

There are eight-hour day (and night) cruises in Baltimore, Philadelphia, Boston, and even Elizabeth, NJ (an absolutely breathtaking night cruise around Manhattan Island and past the Statue of Liberty).

Boston has Fanuel Hall, meeting place of the first Continental Congrsss, the Freedom Trail (Old North Church, etc.), shopping, an aquarium, fabulous seafood.

Philly has guided sightseeing horsedrawn carriage rides, shows, Rodin's Thinker and museums, shopping, the shipyards, the Liberty Bell, and the site of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

Baltimore has the Inner Harbor, with the National Aquarium, shopping, a submarine, paddle boats, fabulous seafood (especially crabs).

Just some thoughts...

lots of cool stuff at any of those towns, been to Boston, Philly and Balt. one of my favorite places, only about an hour away... great seafood, lots of good eating places, lots to see!

On aside, what about John Hopkins as a possible hospital, listed as fourth in the overall surgery site but doesn't seem to have the track record of ongoing surgeries done. any ideas? also I am leaning towards a mechanical valve for a variety of reasons, mostly not wanting to go through the OHS again. does hospital and procedures go hand in hand.? Is insurance an issue, maybe I should have made this a separate thread. so many questions.

Not only were they in CO.... I have ?bribery? quality photos to prove it!!

I just want to know if everybody met Lance & Philip from QAS in CO. Better yet did anybody meet them. They got on a plane in Orlando and left. They said they were there but I gotta check up on them.

Brian,

Lets just say.... we?re pretty darn sure they spent a few spring breaks in Mexico!! lol Lance does a mean Karaoke!! :D :D

H-m-m-m, maybe I got their names backwards... if the picture is Lance then it was Philip who gave that nice presentation Friday night.

I'm voting New Orleans, but frankly, I'll be wherever, no matter what. That was the coolest four days I've spent in a long time. Will get some pics on in a few days. And by the way, whoever was asking for Lance -- he was there: touring the plant with the rest of us and singing "La Bamba" to an appreciative crowd.
