Traveling much more often for business now, always throws a wrench into my best intentions...

On the other hand, I'm astounded by how much energy I've had in the last two weeks. What's up with that?

So I could use a kick in the tail to help get me back on track, guys!

Happy to hear you have all that energy. Hope it continues. Here's your kick......

Cant get on your case ... my bike's been right here in the office for the past 4-5 days, I am getting mildly paranoid about regaining some of the weight I had shed since I started biking -- on the other hand my resting pulse rate has gone down further still in the past week, its now around 60bpm....

My excuse is its been too cold to enjoy biking the past few days ... ( yeah I've gone soft... )

Cant wait until the pool in the Fermilab Village reopens ( May 30 ) -- then I can put off finishing this analysis for the thesis, lounge around in the pool and not think about darn c++ coding....

I've been impressed with the rowing hours you've logged. Today is the last day of the 2004-05 rowing season and the "Row Hearty" squad showed very well for getting such a late start. Tomorrow is the start of a whole new year: let's get Melissa and Arbee to get back on the erg and we'll really rack up some good numbers.

The start of a new year is just what I need to get back on track. . .now that my hellish commute has dissappeared, I (should) have no excuses!!

OK, I'm back on starting NOW

Going downstairs to mount the beast and do 30 minutes.

Hugh-

Welcome back! We're still at #63 - not bad for two old guys by day 4. Ar bee is still recuperating from his valve surgery, but he is in good shape from his prior rowing and will join us soon. Melissa- come back please. We need you on the team (and it's good for you, too!)
