My Doctor said that I could lift weights without any issue, but I should stop when I feel heart-related symptoms.
I get this symptom very frequently but I always just figured it was natural (perhaps denial lol).

I think it feels a bit different than palpitations...It's more like a 'surge of blood going into my heart' sort of feeling.
Should I be worried about this? Should I talk to my doctor? I have an appointment on August 24th for another Echocardiogram, can it wait until then?

Thanks!

I hope someone can give you some answers. Telling your symptoms to your cardiologist is probably your best bet. I say go with your gut. If your gut it telling you to slow down with the lifting, then slow down. I don't have any personal insight though. Good luck.
