I am so sorry that you have to face this just one year after your valve replacement, Faye. We will pray that the the Lovenox bridging goes okay and that you are back here telling us that all went fine and you are well on the way to recovery soon. Best wishes and Godspeed!

I hope that all goes well w/your hysterectomy. I too had a hysterectomy in 1997 due to a large cyst on one of my ovaries. In fact, it was so huge, it burst & it when it did, the blood & stuff just fused everything together. It was a mess but I survived, thank God & so will you.

You're in my prayers for a successful surgery. Please have someone keep us abreast on your outcome & recovery.

Take care! :)

Wow! You guys are awesome. Thanks for the warm wishes. I am looking forward to having it all over and done. So far, the Lovenox bridging is going well. My INR is at 1.3 and I'm getting pretty good at giving myself jabs in the belly :)

I am trying to be very positive about things (the docs says he can't rule out the possibility that it is cancer) - I truly believe that attitude can get you a long way.

Thanks again for the nice thoughts. Take care of yourselves while I'm away. I look forward to getting home, getting back on the computer, and seeing how all my VR friends are doing.

Hi Faye ~ My thoughts and prayers are with you for a successful surgery. Looking forward to hearing that all is fine. Take care, Dawn-Marie
