ONLY if you have nice comments to make.. .I have noticed a lack of NON-dieters....posting to suport us?Also notice the # of views on cooker's thread?.Only dieters are posting?Perhaps, they are curious?..but would love to see others come and join in..they can join anytime..We do not have a date for the FINISH line..(Well, I did..saying Xmas..)..That was just for me....hoping for a 1 lb per week loss.....hoping for a 15-20 lb loss by then...even if I don't lose but 10 lbs..I would have never loss those without this support group... ......and they all all sincere in losing weight.... Would hate to see any negative posts to our very hard work...yes, it is hard..but we all know our health will improve with weight loss. bonnie

Missed the fabled Fat Chat. Was out and about and busy. Being "semi-retired" is far different than being "retired."
Hope yawl didn't make fun of me in my absence. Don't suppose there is an official transcript available. Any good advice I missed out on?

Non-dieters were Bina , Lotti and Freddie...so good afternon chat..We dieters all agreed we were in a slump No weight loss this week.. ....maybe by next Monday?Bonnie

Maybe it's just as well I couldn't make it -- I would have wailed the whole time about not being able to sleep last night and getting up time after time to nibble on Labor Day leftovers. Yes, got into the chips -- though I did finally get disgusted with myself and threw out the rest. And ate two big chocolate chip cookies. Scales showed only a 1 pound jump this morning and I have settled down today, so I guess I didn't do too much damage. Guess there will be those spells when avoiding goodies is just too hard. Since I have trouble sleeping, I am a nocturnal nibbler -- not good. But I will try to make further progress now for Monday.
