She went in about 7:50 and was done in about 2 hours. Her valve replacement went really well. There were no complications. She is in her room recovering. We are hoping that her recovery goes well. Thank you for all the support you have given to her. It means a lot to her and to the family. Take Care.

My husband came home and said that they were starting to turn her ventilator down so she could start breathing more on her own. She is slowly waking up and opening her eyes when they go in to see her.

Now my two hour estimation might have been closer to three. I wasn't sitting at the hospital waiting. I was the only one left to watch my 2 year old.

We are pleased that things are going so well. Again thanks for the support. I am sure she will check in as soon as she can. I will keep you updated.
