Dr. Oz along with Bob Green will be on Ophra this Monday, Sept. 17th. I believe it will be on food and diets. YOU: On a Diet. Should be interesting for everyone.

Also, for those of you who receive Discovery Health, there is a TV special called "Truth About Food" with Dr. Oz on Monday night (Sept.17)

I remember seeing the Oprah show where Dr.Oz and another Doc went through a woman's fridge and pantry throwing out all the "bad" food....I think she had nothing left except for milk, yogurt, fruit, veggies, fish and chicken. She wanted to lose weight and protect her heart, etc.
