Wow - thank you Mary for posting that. It was such a pleasant surprise to see this post when I logged on tonight! and thanks to everyone for their thoughts & prayers.
I had a funny thing happen tonight - we had our bible study and afterwards the priest mentioned that I would be undergoing heart surgery on Monday and asked everyone to keep me in their prayers. There were about 25 of us, and this guy comes up to me afterwards and asked where I was having it done, and I told him Lankeanu and right away he said "Dr. Goldman?" Now, we live out in the sticks - probably 50-60 miles from this hospital which is near the city of Philadelphia. There's at least 10 other hospitals between here and there. He had mitrol valve surgery 5 years ago by Dr. Goldman and couldn't say enough how terrific he is. This is the 4th person that has told me about this doctor. To say I am confident that I picked the right guy is an understatement! But just because I'm confident in him doesn't take away my nervousness. I wish it were next Thursday already! haha Can't wait to get over that mountain! Won't be long now.
