Do I need a flu shot? Who does?

i give flu shots every year and we were told there is no shortage this year. (no vaccine for the avian flu though).We don't give the flu shots "in the butt"LOL. I don't particularly like the small amts of preservatives in any vaccine. i do take the flu shot yearly though,then detox afterwards which will get rid of the bad preservatives yet keep the good immunity!build your immune system up well before getting any vaccine shot so you won't have any side effects. hope this helps on the flu shot info.

I haven't had a flu shot in several years now. I have been fine... I just don't want all those horrible sounding chemicals in my body because the body is going to have to fight that off again.
