back on topic SM, clapping monkey aside, honestly the hardest part of warfarin I find is trying to swallow 4 pills without a mouthfull of water, self test and self manage
just a matter of learning the ropes and here is the best place IMO

most of the bad stories it seems are other causes,

if a reaction to warfarin was going to be an issue I would like to think they would consider this before the clapping monkey installation, and the fact they don't indicates to me it's a bit like rocking horse manure
