Are you making reference to Dr. Turpie? What one knows and what information is disseminated are two different matters. Hamilton General did not inform me about the state of my vein either.
The information I was given comprised of reference to life long use of blood thinners, frequent blood testing, watching how much Vitamin K I ingested and to avoid contact sports. That's all I thought there was to it. I was stupid and gullible.
