I'm just here for the beer...
I'm just here for the beer...
My alcoholic intake is about as varied as it can get. I am not a 'consistant' person in any way, shape or form.
I have never found that alcohol increased my INR....even after ..well, several drinks. On the rare occasion where I would have five or so, still no change.
I think a lot of hullabaloo is made about alcohol and vitamin K affecting your INR. I don't worry about either one....drink what I want, eat what I want and I remain steady between 2.5-4.5 and that's good enough for me.
And William....."THE Oktoberfest in Munchen" -- hey you haven't been to this little German town in Texas.. Ach die liebe!
And I can personally attest to the fact that Miss Rain can walk out of any Greek Restaurant in Chicago after a few ouzo's...
