WW weigh in on Monday, and today's weight are identical. 137.6 Down .3 from last week. Sigh. I was hoping for more, as hard as I'm working out. The sore muscles bear witness.

Work is crazy, gotta run!

I am down 1 pound today. Yeee Haww !!!. Looks like everyone is doing great this week to stay on track. Keep up the hard work LOSERS ! :biggrin2: It's going to be a tough race. Have a nice weekend...............

Looks like we're all on track to have some type of weight loss by 11/11! I hope the trend continues!

I visited with the GI doc this morning. CT scan is normal; that's good news. So-so news is he thinks maybe my old nemesis pericardial constriction is to blame, and I need to see the cardiologist. :thumbd: All I can say is, I'd rather deal with an old foe than a new one, and it looks like I will.:wink2:

Here's our report for the week.

Cindy lost .6 lbs., going down from 150.2 to 149.6. Cindy is down 1.3 for the race to 11-11-11. Good going!

I gained .4 lbs., going up from 183.9 to 184.3. I am down .1 for the race. Uh not so good going.

Good job to both off you!!! Any loss or just maintaining is victory ... and yes Wise, I consider .1 maintaining:biggrin2:

The Throwdown has been a little quiet this week, me included ... I wish I could say that I was busy with rigorous training but not the case:rolleyes2: ... I did walk this morning and it felt pretty good ...

Hope all are well and making progress ...

One excuse: lots of rain (which is welcome). One small whine: still worried and somewhat depressed about the unresolved mystery of declining hemoglobin levels. But then it's always something, isn't it? Trying to keep up the workouts.

I just increased my elliptical time to 25 minutes this morning. Saw my EP yesterday, all is well.

I got permission from the cardio yesterday to decrease my coreg back to 12.5 x twice per day 'cause I'm having trouble running agility. The sprints are killing me (in 50 seconds I feel like a wrung out dish rag, then get full body flush and gasping for air; plus my BP is running 90/50 -too low).

I can't blame it on adjusting to meds or extreme heat anymore. It's the drug increase. EP agreed with me that was probably the cause and the first solution to try.

Agility Trial this weekend and next so we'll see if it helps.

Definitely not hitting up friends for donations, but just wanted to make Throwdowners aware of this event, which is providing Superbob motivation to be in good walking shape (thanks always to Superdawg) :smile2:

Walking in memory of my parents, and in moral support of Pat Summitt, the phenomenal coach of the Lady Vols basketball team. Pat was recently diagnosed with Alzheimers but is determined to battle and still coach this season. If anybody can conquer it, Pat can!

I've been doing cardiac rehab 3 times a week for 3 weeks now. I've also been walking in the park 5 days a week 2 miles or more. Unfortunately I've been eating more and my weight is now 188.7 this morning. Not too bad but not what I want. I'm planning on getting below 180 by the end of October! That's my goal and my contribution to the THROWDOWN!

I've been busy trying to murder my scales. :wink2:They are not what I want in a companion. They LIE, they're inconsistent, and they make me feel bad about myself. I could pitch them in the trash, but they deserve worse.:tongue2:

Superbob suggests a sledgehammer, for those devices are indeed dastardly liars. Or if you prefer, as part of his damsel-protecting duty, Superbob can fly in and smash those scales to smithereens using his bare fists.

Personally, Superbob is looking for a good reliable scale that measures weight in metric tons, converting from steel to flesh. :wink2:

I prefer an upfront, in your face, smashing of the dastardly, devious device probably invented by some dubious, demented, diabolical doctor.
