OK Girls we were smoked this week and I don't mean in a good way, Like Geckley's brisket (Makes me sooo mad by the way that someone could do all that eating and have a baby and still lose!!) Can we sign your wife up on our team!? I'll bet she had a good loss this week! :biggrin2:

Guys down a net of 1.6 - Girls up a net of 5.2 :thumbd::thumbd: We are losing our lead ladies. It is really close. Guys down a total of 14.6 and Girls down 15.1. Come on Gals! Let's get focused and win big next week!!! We already know Cooker has a jump on us - but he'll probably blow that before this week's weigh-in I suspect. :angel:

My tires seem to be spinning in the mud ... not gaining but not losing ... but thanks to my DW I am not giving up ... she is on the same secret plan and is having more success, but then again she does not have strange cravings for all things banana (pudding, cake, ice cream ....) ... peace out:cool2:

Ghon posted this morning that he is the proud Daddy of a new 9lb. baby girl. The Throwdown guys were trying to get the baby born before this morning's C-section. Typical guys . . . . hurry, hurry, hurry!:biggrin2:

One of my favorites - assuming she is still called Genevieve. It sounds so beautiful in French. Still will gladly take her on the gals team! :biggrin2: She might be just a little bit busy

Oh by the way. Had a good surgeon's visit. It's time - to plan. Which is what I really wanted to be able to do. So I'll call him in November and set up a date for probably mid to late Jan., early Feb. He sees no problem with me going on the cruise for my parent's 60th anniv. He told me just to be a 'cruiser'. So I guess that means to take it easy a bit. I really like the guy I finally settled on. It was my second visit with him. Dr. Stephen Dewan. Myfriend the cardiac care nurse said was he's the best and nurses know these things!. Dr. Dewan a pediatric cardio-thoracic surgeon too so if he can work on those tiny little hearts surely he can fix mine. Y'all all got through it so I know I will too and more than anyone else you know what it's like to be in my shoes.:eek2:

Oh Lordy y'all...what can I say about being away on holiday and eating everything in sight..:eek2: Eggs Benedict for breakfast was just a start and yep, I generally start a meal with the dessert. This was a rhubarb-strawberry pie along with a chicken salad sandwich with the most rich and luscious pumpernickel bread that has ever crossed my lips..:redface2: And how could I resist a bite of Mikey's peach cheesecake..:frown2:

But to redeem my self and do penance I mowed the grass last evening and we have an electric mower....no self-propelled job....*sweat*...*puff*...*sweat*...*puff* and I will weigh in on Friday.
