Duffey, that sounds like a great outing. Good seafood is hard to beat. That's such a unique place too.

By the way, Elizabethtown, Kentucky is also in Hardin county, as is the place to you went to in Illinois. When you said Hardin County I thought of E-town (in Kentucky). I was partially right.

***Superbob*** could be back on a better path. He woke with a start Tuesday realizing after his eat-a-thon in the Tar Heel State that he had to face his doctor Thursday and get on the dreaded scales and face a possible scolding. Doing fasting bloodwork helped slow the eating. Now the Man of Steel is sweating like a horse after a late afternoon workout he made himself do. Maybe SB can at least hold his weight the same. ;) Sound familiar? ; )

Thanks for the encouraging words, dears!

After so many trials and failures of losing weight and keeping the lbs off, I am regaining my self confidence and my *self* image. I am starting to recognize the person I see in the mirror! I owe this to the LATEST WW Program...the Power Plan...the power that gave me permission to eat as much fruits as I like without worrying how much they count. Whenevr I am hungry, I stuff myself with fruits and the other "power food"! In addition, I am walking and moving around more than ever before.
