Superbob has now made pancakes for the grand urchins 72 straight days..
Will you adopt me please PaPaw? Great pic of Superdawg in the snow. Yep it's hot! We have officially made it well over the 100 mark here. I think 106 on Friday.

Cousin reunion over - fun had by all, I ate and drank way too much and today was tough back a work. Also unhappy with consequences of recent merger of Cardiologist Group with a different hospital system in town coupled with recent changes in health insurance provisions now means I'll pay a co-pay of $500 for each echo as 'outpatient services' instead of 'office visit diagnostics'. So a minimum of $500 a pop and it doesn't go against my deductible. I used to pay $25!! I have found out from his scheduler that this time I can go to their facility in a town about 30 miles south of here as they haven't switched yet to the new system. So with traffic it'll be about an hr. drive, but worth saving $475. Next one in 6 months I'll at least be prepared and can beef up my flexible spending account. Or maybe shop for another cardio, but I've been with this guy for so long and after a few rough moments we've got a good relationship established - so probably better to just pay up and stick with what I know. Often I wish we could just do the surgery already and get it over with. The anxiety gets to me sometimes.

So, since I was having a pity party and feeling like some comfort food I decided to vent here - sorry - hoping to distract myself. Back on track today - typical Monday after an overindulgent weekend. Gotta stay accountable so maybe it'll help to check in more often.

I know y'all have a secret society outside of the throwdown;) - facebook maybe - cause everyone knows where the Chimp went fishin' but me. Trying to put cheese and fishing together and I come up blank! My grandfather was a commercial fisherman in E. Texas and used to have barrels of the smelliest cheese on earth that he used as catfish bait. Have you been eating stinky cheese Mr. Chimp?:biggrin2:

Later gators,:cool2:

I was north, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina and ate myself silly:biggrin2: ... we hopped back on WW yesterday, inspiration via Cindy and Wise:smile2: ... made it through day one staying in my point and hoping for the best for day two ... I have to stop the yo-yo dieting ... it is not working and hard on the health ... feeling my age and need to recognize the need for healthier eating ....

I agree with the feeling your age thing. The healthier I eat, the better that is and I can eat with the best (or worst) of them. Good luck with WW....you can do it, you can do it, we think you can, we think you can....toot toot. Seriously, stinking with an eating plan is a challenge, but getting in the routine is most of the battle.

Hey Wise, was "stinking with an eating plan" a slip of the typing finger or did you reveal deep hidden hostility towards eating plans?;)

And Chimp, don't try to take my yo-yo queen status away from me. You get yourself on a downward trend and stay there!

LOL! I didn't catch my mistake. I have done that many times, been "stinking with an eating plan" that is. I think that there may be some latent hostility bubbling up to the surface. Now back to looking for my Geritol!

I don't want the title ... that's what has been killing me ... I go super strict and then go nuts ... no way to lose weight or stay healthy ...
