I behaved pretty well this weekend, so I'm proud of myself. Temporarily.
It's so hot and humid here, I'm starting to do my noon walks indoors, around and around the hallway. I couldn't imagine having to handle this week without A/C! Yesterday all we did with the dogs was have them swim from one end of the lake to the other, about a football field's worth. Between the spear grass and the heat/humidity, we have to be careful with the furballs from now until September. Late September, that is.
I'm going to have to skip weigh in later this week. I have a seminar in Foat Wuuth the end of the week (3 days of sitting on tiny, hard chairs in a freezing cold room while speakers drone on about tax law changes...sigh). To top it off, I'll be eating restaurant food not of my choosing (can you say SALT?), and driving an hour plus each way, every day, for the privilege.
But first, I have to put out fires in the office. Ta-Ta y'all, have a good week.
