NOPE......WORSE ! Better get on your protective gear.
I have rallied and am in the beginning of a downward spiral ... with the help of TheChimps secret banana shake and lots of fresh fruits and veggies the scales are not so frightening ... :cool2:
Duffey, I'm so glad we didn't have company this week. We were already primed; didn't need someone to show up to help pump up our weight.
That said, I am much better off than I thought. IF the scale isn't lying I may hold my own this week. I had a doctor's appointment this morning and I am now off of my blood pressure medicine (Lisinopril) and am very happy about that. I asked Dr. Jonsson to help me set a WW goal weight. For my height, WW has a max weight of 155 that I can set as a goal. I wanted it closer to 160. Dr. Jonsson agreed that it should be 160-165, so he gave me a signed statement with a goal weight of 165. That boils down to about 6 pounds away from my goal. So, I'm not so down on myself about the Italian Cream Cake (or crack cake), the large fish sandwich with fries & hushpuppies, Home Run double burger (with pepper cheese & mushrooms), Brewster Ice Cream (cone with a scoop of Toffee Bar and a scoop of Double Chocolate Chunk), an individual cracker crust Italian Pizza (at a good Irish Pub), McDonald's McDouble with fries, and finally a serving of Beef Cashew Din from the best Chinese restaurant in this region, China Wok. So, as you can see, to be trending toward even staying the same is at least a small miracle. Woohoo!
Hmmmm, is that one day's menu, Kentucky Flash? If so, sounds good.
Congrats on getting rid of a med (lisinopril). I have a doc's appointment next week too and I'm at least going to bring up the subject of thinning out the small pharmacy of prescriptions for me. It's been explained to me, though, that they like to keep my bp nice and low to preserve the piggy tick-tocker. I'm in favor of that.
Congrats on negotiating a doable weight with the doc. Not sure I want to risk going that route with my doc.
As for Duffey, Superbob is not accepting any excuses from the Yo-Yo Queen.
