Superbob, jogging in water is excellent exercise. Injured runners typically take to the pool to do deep water jogging to maintain their strength and endurance. Swimming does seem to increase one's appetite, and it also makes one sleepy. Try taking a nap every afternoon and see if that helps.:smile2:

I didn't mention this before but both my nephew and brother have been diagnosed with cancer.:frown2: Nephew's is renal cancer and my brother's is prostate. Surgery is upcoming for both so please hold a good thought for them if you don't mind.

We're going to Memphis this week-end, but hopefully the calories consumed will be negated by the walk around the zoo and children's museum.:wink2: Wish we were going to Mud Island, but it's closed until the 24th due to flooding.

Mary, Im so sorry about your brother and nephew. Is that a father and his son? How odd that two different kinds of cancer have hit them both at the same time. I have every faiththat with modern medicine that they will be fine given time. It's probably not going to be pleasant, but it is treatable.

So I made some silly comment about leaving y'all in the dust. NOt sure I really stirred that much dust up this week. I didnt do so well over the weekend. Tomorrow will tell....

Cooker if you can buy krispy kremes and not eat one - You are a better man than me! That shows me you do have amazing willpower and should be able to resist those shakes and other sugary things too. Hang in there!!! I am right with you trying to lose the same 10 lbs I"ve gained and lost countless times. Sigh
