If it makes you feel better I haven't kicked my nicotine gum habit yet either and now it isn't tax deductible under Flexible spending accounts. Silly stupid habit I need to quit!

We'll do good to be down at all this week. We went to our grandson's 1st birthday party on Saturday (pot luck with everything....why?). Sunday we had Mexican (buffet to boot). Yesterday we went with friends to a wine tasting (delicioso). I thought we'd taste five wines or so, but the deal we bought gave us tastings of all the wines they sell. Whoa. I have to say their wine was good and not expensive, but we had to go somewhere rather close to eat afterwards...hehe.

Keep on swinging Chimp. Hats off to you for your effort (and suffering) in relinquishing nicotine (albeit gum) from your dietary intake.

SB, the land of endless seafood buffets has to be challenging. I can only imagine.

Thanks for the words of encouragement ... very hard and the the weight is a train wreck but I suppose it will be worth it ....
