Ok, looks like I have hit a plateau for a bit. Haven'y lost anymore weight since last post. I am walking briskly at least 2.2 miles every evening, one night I did 3.0 miles. I have a friend who is walking with 3 nughts a week, and I will walk the other 4 by myself. The exercise actually feels pretty good, after you get by the soreness. Am eating very low fat/carb meals and only about 1000 to 1500 calories a day. of that less than 800 grams of fat total and less than 150 carbs. Nothing much tastes all that great, but if the weight will start to drop off again, I can live with it awhile! I refuse to become discouraged!!
