No worries, Scott. We are all Yo-Yos here. :p Good luck on your weight/fitness progress this final week of the Great Pumpkin Race. On this rainy afternoon, I am headed to the workout room to work off some weekend calories. :D

I'm in. I'm just starting to gain momentum, and I need the motivation to keep at it. Would that be three or four weeks?

My scales will be in recovery til January 2.

QUOTE=Wise;475779]I ain't scared of no girl!!!

You got that right !!. I ain't afraid of no couch potato girlies.:biggrin2::biggrin2: I am ready next week. Waiting for the girlies to bowed down with their face touching the ground
and said I am ready to serve you master.:biggrin2::biggrin2::biggrin2:[/QUOTE]

What have you been smokin' Mr. Consonant Man?? Even if the girls lose and I say 'IF' because there is after all one week left and as someone said - it ain't over till the fat pumpking sings - you won't catch me bowing down to any guy. Uh uh - no way Jose!i

Don't go getting too cocky now men - you LOST this week's round - Yippeee! :p:p

The guys gained 2 lbs this week and the beautfiul ladies of the throwdown stayed the same for the week. So put that in your pipe and smoke it! :biggrin2:

Overall the guys have lost a total of 28 lbs and the girls have lost 22.1 - so we ain't that far behind. Speaking of behinds - mine is a wee bit smaller now!:rolleyes:

SB is kicking ass and taking names.... In fact single handedly he accounts for 50% of the weight lost on the men's side and still the only one to have not gained once in the last 9 weeks - I might give him a curtsy - but not a bow. A grudging 'Good Job' goes out to SB! Like the Chimp said - we have all benefited in some way - so whatever the outcome we are all winners!

Keep it up Ladies - let's shoot for 2 lbs each this week!!

Not sure I'm in for the Thanksgiving mini-race. I have family arriving the 31st and the partying won't be over until after the cruise on the 14th and then it's almost Thanksgiving. I could do more harm than good for the girl's team I fear.

Maybe we ought to just see who can gain the least between this Thursday and the first Thursday in Jan. :biggrin2: Now that is a pessimistic way of putting it isn't it?

This week's spreadsheet - read it and weep guys! View attachment 8827

Pretty hard to live down ugly images of myself but here you see my secret: insomnia. 3 a.m. and cannot sleep. Must contribute to weight loss, not being able to sleep because of things on your mind.

You've been thinking too hard SB - try a few yoga stretches and deep breathing before bedtime (nothing strenuous as that will keep you up.) Like Duffey said - at least you can lose sleep and lose weight! Hope you sleep better tonight!

Well, lucky me, guess I have come up with another weight-losing technique. When I was biting into a grape of all things tonight (and a seedless one at that) a big chunk of a way-back-there tooth fell out.:mad2: Suppose it was destined to come out no matter the food item. Guess I'll have to call the dentist in the morning, given the link between dental and heart health. Doggone it.

You're going above and beyond the call of team duty, Superbob.:wink2: Get that tooth fixed and get back to pain-free eating!:smile2:

And SuperBob ~ ya think the reason you couldn't sleep was because that tooth was being a real booger? Sorry to hear that a dental visit is in the works, but that's the best avenue for you especially considering also having a heart issue. We can't be too careful.
