As day three on WW draws to an end I'm happy to report no point overages ... there seems to be a psychic change in Chimpville ... this could mean devastation to the girlie team:biggrin2:
No overages? What about underages? Does this have something to do with Las Vegas over/under lines? Median levels of vats of banana pudding? Picking low-hanging fruit, or what?
Duff Man, here's the way the throwdown operates: you take your weight gain for the week, multiply it by a factor of 10, add a dozen, and subtract zero. It seems complicated, but really it's not. Even the chimp can calculate it.

I have to get back on track. I haven't been eating wildly, just not right. Regardless of what I'm going through, I don't want to lose control. My mom is eager to go to heaven. She's not in pain, but says she is miserable. I don't want her to keep hanging on and live in misery. I'm working on trying to eat better in the midst of this. Sorry for the diversion, but I know that you all care and wonder what's going on.
So, I hope to soon be a participating member of the Throwdown. My wife has maintained control and still exercise daily. I need to tag along and jump on the treadmill after she gets off. Ugh.
Rhena, you can track me however you want. WW weigh in is Mondays. I'll report Monday's weights on Thursday/Friday, if you'd like. I was down this past Monday, but back to square 1 by Friday, despite behaving all week. That's why I'm frustrated.

Sounds like the guys have already recruited you - whether you agreed to it or not!!! They really will need you as we continue to leave them in the dust..... So, I'll put you on the spreadsheet for this week with a starting weight of 259 and next week's thread you can post your gain (by Mary's formula) or loss if you want to.
We are all happy to have you join us - really!!! It's a good support group if nothing else.
Now I will confess my sins, that I have eaten all weekend long from Friday evening to Sunday evening - lots of bad stuff. Shame on me - just emotional eating is all. Like Mac and cheese - my favorite comfort food. Trying to get back in control today - so far so good.
