I?m down two pound this week! ... I have been watching what I eat and DW is home and cooking healthy meals (no cobblers) and I have run out of M&M?s and refuse to but in bulk until I reach my next mini-goal:) ... I hope everyone has had a good week and that we see more losses this week ... I was glad to see renewed activity and resolve last week and hopefully we can keep it up! :D

TheRef is on sabbatical so I guess I?m minding the Throwdown Store:rolleyes: ... I will try and swing in as often as possible but the next two weeks at work are jam packed with special events that require TheChimp to be on hand ... ?Think Like A Loser? :D

Starting weight..........233
Last Weigh in ............195
This week.....................193
Total Loss ....................40

I'm not looking good this week thus far, but will report Friday as usual.

Cooker - you've recovered after your fall off the fat wagon! Good job!!!!

I found a way to break through my 30 lb loss (Surgery 8 days ago)

Start 244lbs
present 206

38 lb loss

I was 213 3 days ago when I came home but I guess the lacix is definitely runing the fluids from surgery off.

Hey Cooker I notived you travel a lot what do you do?

Superbob is traumatized after stepping on not one but TWO doctors' scales yesterday. Had regular doc appointment and told him I needed a cardiologist, so his office called one, and they set up an initial consultation the very same day! That was good, I guess, (will have echo in October) but was heavily doctored yesterday and their damn scales LIE!!!! Don't all doctors' scales? (Only consolation is that the cardio has a bunch of hot nurses. ;)

Excuses, excuses, but it's the truth that DW often does not feel like preparing meals, healthy or not, and I am lousy at cooking, so we eat out a lot. That's a problem.

Anyway, tomorrow morning, I will be heavily dentisted -- endodonist will address the infection in a back tooth/gum. Either he can repair the tooth or yank it and maybe others as a result -- so I am betting I won't be eating a lot after all that. So I think I will weigh this weekend (on my own damn scales) when I am munching on pain pills.

Hey Superbob I have been a little tied up lately. Are you having some cardio problems?

Good job Cooker!

Superbob, best wishes for finding a good fit in cardiologists. I can imagine how difficult it is in the food category.

You've done a fantastic job!

It's so true! Happenned to me a few months ago and "traumatic" pretty
well describes it! You are so funny:p
Good goin to almost everyone so far- I'm jealous

T-bone - Misery loves company so you are my buddy today:D

I was doing so well..its not that I'm eating much or 'fattening' foods, just
that I am not exercising like I need. So,now, while I am not at my original
starting weight here- still down my original 5 pound loss-but have regained
the extra few I lost recently...bummer!

I did not weigh in at WW this past tuesday as I did not go!! Why? I simply overslept!! the meeting is at 9:30am and I slept till 10:30 that morning. I am refusing to weigh at home as I know I cheated last week.:(

Its okay Eva, you can hang out with me and T-bone:)

I'm afraid to get on the scale tomorrow. :( I don't think it will have budged. At least, not in the direction I want. But I'm not going to be too bummed about it. It's hard to exercise with 1 month old twins in the house (or pretty much anything else for that matter), and I've tried to eat better, but when people bring food it's hard to control what they bring. And at this stage, I don't turn down food I don't have to prepare. ;)

Tonight Nathan and I are taking the twins with us to our favorite sushi restaurant. Wish us luck! LOL

I race cars, fondle women, attend gala events but I am my own boss and I have Sundays off:cool::p

John, surgery is NOT the recommended weight loss procedure, but we'll let you get away with it this time (I must be channelling The Ref, here). I think I put on 20 pounds in saline solution with my MVR.

Cooker, you can go hang out in France with Sarkozy - I hear he was caught on camera obviously oogling a 16 year old yesterday.

I've behaved this week, diet wise, and recovered from the chocolate chip cookies and ice cream on the 4th.

I'm at 129.4 today (yeah!), walking for 20 minutes at lunch time almost every day.

I have to agree, Superbob - doctor's scales are rigged! I weigh every morning. I had an internist appointment this week, and TRUST ME--shredded wheat in the tummy and a summer dress on the bod DO NOT ADD AN EXTRA 4POUNDS!
