My latest WW weekly weigh-in (today) I'm down just 0.2 for the week. Looks like after a 7.5 pound loss since mid-December I am in plateau-land. Time to keep things in perspective, which is sometimes not easy. I am down 10 or so from when I finished cardiac rehab 9 years ago. That is better than pigging out all the time and now weighing 400 pounds, right? I will keep trying -- my downfall is still after-midnight snacking (after a day of WW tracking has ended. Guess you could call this cheating. Not talking about big-time eating, but few crackers here and there. And a few more there and here. I suppose it all comes back to celery. Life is just a stalk of celery. (Not a box of chocolates. Sigh.) :D

. Sounds like some nightly restraints are in order . . . :wink2:

snow and ice will most likely cause me to take a mulligan this week .... got to go ... biscuits in the oven:biggrin2:

Not so fast, Chimp! You should burn up MORE calories on the day like this. Superbob hasn't used his superpowers to grant any mulligans to Southerners dealing with a little ice and snow.:tongue2:

SB instead of a chiropractor, look into a Registered Massage Therapist with Advanced Myofascial Release Therapy / Anat Baniel Method Practitioner.

I've gone to couple of ppl who specializes in Myofascial Release Therapy. It's amazing.....totally amazing even after one treatment and no pain, but oh so relaxing.

Here's the web site to the one I go to, just to inform you & others cause I bet you've haven't even heard about this Myofascial Release therapy: http://www.bimt.ca/

BTW, it can be expensive, I pay $80.00 for 45minutes - I make sure that I can't work it out myself before making an appointment lol

If I do anything, I think I will go to a highly regarded orthopedist my GP has recommended (and not to the chiropractor), I assume the next step would be physical therapy, and massage can be a part of the therapy for sure.
