My latest WW weekly weigh-in (today) I'm down just 0.2 for the week. Looks like after a 7.5 pound loss since mid-December I am in plateau-land. Time to keep things in perspective, which is sometimes not easy. I am down 10 or so from when I finished cardiac rehab 9 years ago. That is better than pigging out all the time and now weighing 400 pounds, right? I will keep trying -- my downfall is still after-midnight snacking (after a day of WW tracking has ended. Guess you could call this cheating. Not talking about big-time eating, but few crackers here and there. And a few more there and here. I suppose it all comes back to celery. Life is just a stalk of celery. (Not a box of chocolates. Sigh.)
