I am still the same as last week, as week before last too!!!!! I was happy that - at least - I was not up, but not sure about this coming week!!

All the sweets-I-love buffet yesterday!!

I shall have vegetables soup the coming days before my next weigh in on Saturday.

I'm back on track. Last Tues I joined curves and did exercise on Tues, Wed, Thur, & Friday. I am also really watching what I'm eating but won't officially be back in WW until the lst of October.

I hope all of us have a good week and whittle away a little more fat.

Debi, I have to admit I'm a little jealous but if I knew a way to prevent you from gaining any weight right now I would tell you. Don't cut your calories too much while you are still healing.

Way to go for getting back on track!! I go to Curves too, but am limited now to how hard I can work out per Dr.'s orders, I am not supposed to get my heartrate much over 100 bpm. I went to the Curves introductory Weight loss class on Sat. and I am going to try their program for awhile starting on Tues. What I have been doing is prety restrictive and I need a little more variety or I fear one day I'll just lose it and binge big time.

Anyway, keep up the good work. Consistency is the key to creating new good habits.

Jet and I had a wonderful weekend at the agility trial, and I've managed to drop 2 pounds of water weight since Friday. It finally stopped raining for a few hours, too.

Jet was pretty durned in control (surprise surprise) after 3 weeks of no exercise. We dropped a bar in each class on Saturday, so no Qs, but Qualified in both classes Sunday, with two first places (don't be impressed, there are so many height and experience divisions, they could hand out almost 100 blue ribbons each weekend).

Her "standard" course was flawed only by the fact I physically couldn't get to the end of the straight tunnel in time to prevent an off course at the last jump - did we see that coming, or what? Sorry, but my pacemaker tops out at 155.:p

Her "jumpers" course was a thing of beauty and perfection. And speed. 130 yards in 20.04 seconds.:D

Well now you are just showing off. You will still have to pay the piper, but you have all week to do it. Get busy chimpman!:D:)

What useful advice that is - prune juice!:rolleyes: He may be on to something though, but I don't think the strangled goose look would be pretty on you. Besides who has the time?:) I was on WW before - I think it is a really good program. I lost 70 lbs on it - but over the last 10 years I've put about 45 of that back. Arrrgh! :( It just kind of insidiously creeps back on without you realizing it or your just in denial one!:) I don't know the newest program, but maybe you can decrease your daily number of points down by the number of activity points you estimate you will be losing by not doing your normal activities/exercise. Now since that is likely to make you a very hungry girl, I'd also make up a lot of zero point soup or something similar and have the 'free' veggies & low point fruit on hand, cleaned, cut and ready to eat. Make a plan and work it girlfriend! ;) You may also consider talking it over with your WW leader if you were a meeting goer. Good Luck!

Wait a sec - I left out the most important thing!!!! CONGRATULATIONS ON Making your goal weight!!!!! That is excellent!!! If I had one of those clapping hands emoticons I would insert it here!

Rhena

Hi, Rhena--Thanks for the advice! I talked with my meeting leader and she said to stay at the same points I've been on to lose, and not eat any flex/weekly points allowance. Still, I can't wait to be able to exercise!
