Merry Christmas to all the Throwdowners of the World :)

Superbob is ingeniously adding weight From Christmas Eve through New Years Day so that he will have more to lose during the coming New Years to Saint Paddy's Day special edition of the Throwdown. :p

SuperBob is cheating! Not fair, not fair!

I may just have find a cookie recipe and eat some more meals like last night's delicioso Mexican feast at Ernesto's down the road from us (that was our 20th wedding anniversary meal...big spenders we are). I work two whole hours today, then we have a Christmas Eve service at church. Tomorrow temptation will abound (clean, food temptation).

I considered that tactic myself . . . .

Congrats Wise on 20 years with the same, wonderful woman!:)

What a splendid idea! Merry Christmas everyone!

Merry Christmas, Betty, and all Throwdowners. :)

It may seem that Superbob is being bad. However, he is tasked with helping Santa and his reindeer make it through some rough flying weather tonight. Superbob therefore needs all the calories he can take in, just to have enough energy to do that arduous flying. :p;)

Just finished up the last of the gift wrapping and now I'm headed off to bed.
Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!!!!

Rhena

P.S. I got on the scale this morning, but I honestly can't remember what it said. I think I may have lost a little, but that will not last given I plan to eat whatever the heck I feel like eating tomorrow/(today in my part of the world.) Better get to bed now or Santa won't come..... SuperBob don't let him skip my house now! So glad you are hanging with him tonight and burning all those calories...

Merry Christmas, noble Chimp -- lardmeister par excellence!

Merry Christmas one and all!

And Wise, Superbob must have been too busy carb-loading to pay heed: Happy 20th Anniversary to you and Cindy!

Thanks for the nice words friends. I tried not to hijack the thread, but if we survived this long I thought I throw it in, especially since high culinary intake was being done.

My weight report this week is short and full of sweets. We will not be able to get to WW this week and my scale does not correspond with theirs. I'm going to report a ballpark 2 pound gain. The week was hectic and stressful and my eating reflected such. ;):D:eek::rolleyes:

Given that we went out to eat with friends last night (the "dog pack") although I have not been near the scale in 2 days, I'm gonna guesstimate a 2 pound salt gain for today.

And more to come tomorrow, no doubt.

Merry ChristmaKwanzikah Everyone!

Any successful plan is worth sharing, no? :) Someone on the throwdown needs a mental jump start. Not saying who, but I'm just saying.

My mental attitude is almost in place . . . . ;):)

That's saying a lot with the stress you went through this month. I'm really almost there too, but I was hoping that the "plan" involved delectable chicken sandwiches and that it worked in spite of the calorie content. Only dreaming.
