Thanks Eva, although fresh lemons are rather pricey up here - I suppose the frozen lemonade may work just as well......no?

How about a good, stiff margarita??? You sure wouldn't feel any pain after that...
Seriously, I had some bad sinus infections when I lived in Shreveport, Louisiana, 1976-78. Bad enough that if I bent over, my face hurt like Hades. A stiff margarita killed the pain.
Of course, it didn't kill the infection.

Thanks everyone, but for the time being Tylenol and Bailey's on ice is helping the hot knife pain in the throat. The wool sock around the throat and the lemon drink helped a little this afternoon.
The Baileys seem's to be working fine......just fine I must say.......gonna sleep good tonight

I hope you had a good restful sleep. The stiff marguarita sounds great! for me, it did kill pain..especially when it was mental or emotional! too bad I cannot indulge on it now as I have mild acid reflux.

Baileys is wonderful, but when I took it at night, it woke me up after a coule of hours due to the caffeine in it.
