Harry, funny, funny! In fact this cat looks a lot like my cat Felix. Felix has got a little more white on him. I love cats, of course there's probably not an animal I don't like except snakes. Ugh! !

This past year, I've had so many scans of every description. Your post is great!!! It gave me the biggest giggle that I have had in sometime. ( I just returned from getting and MRI.) I am going to send a copy of this to my doctor and tell him that the next time he orders a scan for me, I want it to look just like this! Many thanks.

I have had a couple myself this year, and I would rather have them like the one I have posted as well....Usually, I am not chlostrophobic, but this is the exception to the rule, I had to keep my eyes closed to keep from panicking, and once I was out, I did tell the technician: "And this is the very reason I am going to be cremated..." I am soooo happy that everyone got a laugh out of this as I think we all need a good laugh...Harrybaby

I think they are the scariest animal on earth...and like you, I am a animal lover ( I have a real fondness for Hippo's, Elephants, Cats, Dogs...oh let's face it...I love every animal....LOL)

The first time I had an MRI they had me put a washcloth over my eyes - so that even if I was tempted to open them, I wouldn't see anything. Really calmed me down as I knew I wouldn't be able to see the enclosure. Worked like a charm every time.

One morning, Kevin wakes up to find his dog dead, lying next to his bed. He can't quite believe it, so decides to take him to the vet. The Vet takes one look at the dog and says, "Kevin, I'm truly sorry, but your dog is dead."
"No. He can't be dead. I demand a second opinion!" replies Kevin.
The doctor nods and agrees. He goes into the back room and brings out a cat. The cat jumps all over the dog, bites it, looks at the vet and says, "Meow."
The vet again says, "I'm sorry but your dog is truly dead."
Kevin says, "No!, I don't believe it, I want another opinion."
The vet nods and brings out a Labrador Retriever, which then begins to jump all over the dead dog, tugging at it before barking, "Woof roof woof!"
The vet says, "Sir, your dog is dead. That will be 400 dollars."
" to tell me my dog is dead?" asks Kevin.
"Well," the vet replies, "I charge 50 dollars, the cat scan is 200 and the lab test is 150 dollars..."
