Cancellation for McCranky

I took the liberty of starting a new thread for McCranky as he had posted on an old one.

"I had a bed at 10.00am this Sunday but at 12.45 pm., just as I was setting off to the hospital, I was called by the beds manager to tell me that the infection that had closed the I.C dept at the Lonon Heart Hospital for the past 3 weeks had returned with a vengeance. I am now postponed until June 1st. So to kill tiome I dug the garden for 4 hours that afternoon and played 18 holes of golf yesterday and today plus, ( I'm a musician) played two ballet perforformances. I have no breathlessness, but a bicuspid aorta with moderate to severe stenosis."

Well you will have some company as my surgery is on June 1st as well.. See you on the other side

Thanks for the "re-post". From the sounds of it the reschedule was a good idea. Sure didn't need to be going in to a MAJOR infection site with our surgery. Just hope they get everything cleaned up by then.

goodness, McC, an infection? Glad they postponed or you might not be round to post. Hope they get it all cleared and quickly. Best wishes when you go for your surgery. Let us know how it all goes? GODSPEED!
